It is the sole responsibility of the customer to select the appropriate shipping schedule for their order. Ball Breakers uses USPS for shipping unless request otherwise by the customer.
Rush delivery or overnight shipping is available but customer is responsible for the cost of overnight shipping. Contact us via email or by phone to request overnight shipping & cost.
Risk of Loss
Risk of Loss for all products purchased from Ball Breakers will pass to our shipping carrier once the product has been shipped.
We reserve the right to change descriptions, specifications, and prices of the products offered on our Site at any time and without notice. Products also may not be available for delivery to your country.
Products ordered through our Site are subject of our acceptance. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order at any time, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion and without liability to the purchaser or third party. If the item has been paid for prior to cancellation, we will promptly issue you a refund upon cancellation of order.
All orders come included with free ground shipping through USPS covered by Ball Breakers. Any additional overnight shipping options must be requested by the customer through an email or call to our team and is paid directly by the customer.
If you need to return or exchange a product, we will gladly make it happen, based on the guidelines below.
We start processing your custom product(s) immediately. Therefore, cancellation or modifications to Ball Breakers customizable orders are not possible.
Non-customized products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of ship date. To ensure proper credit, send us a detailed email. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date.
We highly recommend contacting our office via phone or email to get a Return Authorization number before mailing back product(s). If the product is defective or damaged Ball Breakers will provide a return address label for return at no charge to you the customer. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your return to be received and your refund issued.
We can only accept returns from purchases made through Ballbreakersinc.com. However, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Ball Breakers product you purchased. Please provide your full name and contact information and as much detail as possible about the product, your concern and any documentation (sales receipt or email receipt) you have about the original purchases. Our customer service team will address your concern on your behalf and contact you regarding a plan of action.
